Overview
In December 2023, I delivered a workshop for startups within the Bandung Techno Park ecosystem, sharing practical approaches to validating product ideas, prototypes, and design decisions. The session covered usability testing, qualitative and quantitative research methods, design critiques, and feedback frameworks that help teams make more informed product decisions and reduce risks before launch.
